Slowly Sinking To The Bottom Of A Swimming Pool
There is a peaceful solitude to submerging in a pool and hanging around at the bottom for a while. Water diffuses sound, so whatever noise is occuring above the surface becomes calmed and muted below. The sensation of floating and the rapid micro-bubbles that flit around your body add to the zen-like experience.

hi evan
i’m so glad i recently found out i have PPS as well. i’m in psychotherapy, full time, and it all becomes clear: every symptome i have can be placed within PPS. It even made clear why i have this unconditional love i couldn’t discribe before, for michael jackson. i regulary visit your site for advise how to deal with it, cause it made me got seriously stuck in life. every-day-adults just don’t accept me to be childish. i love to climb treas, sink to the bottom of a pool, play with childres and have a fantastic neverland in my head. friends even donated me an official star called neverland! at psychotherapy they want me to grow up, but i certainly don’t!!! but i do have to find a way to accept myself and learn to live with PPS. your site really made a good start.
thank you, for making me feel proud to be a kid!
love, nora from holland
